i got to heard that we can do it from paint shop pro but when ever i downloaded it i got stucked in those tutorials..or sometimes the person who used to say the tutorial how to make used to have another software i mean another version..

can any1 help me out by giving a brief tutorial that ''how to make glitter siggi''and even from where shld i download that software..from which we can make glitter text,siggi and avi..it can me animated or non-animated..
