Im not sure if this is the best place to ask this question but...
I would like to make a VB.NET application that changes my personal message in windows live messenger. Can anyone recommend a scripting interface that I can reference to acheive this?

You could use Windows Live Messenger Add-In API. It supports all .net languages. Or even Plus!'s Scripting Feature in JScript. Scripting Documentation.
