First of all, this bug concerns to the rtl (right to left) versions of messenger (e.g. Hebrew).
When I click on the view contact's info (Plus! menu --> contact's info) everything is rtl, including the picture...
The dp is inverted so it's right side is the left one and the left is right.
(Although when saving it, it looks fine).

All the pictures seem to be inverted, you'd think they would only move and not flip

Now that's what I call a funny bug 
Anyway, I thought RTL only affected text controls. It's a Windows thing after all.

Thanks for reporting (and no, Windows doesn't do anything for me for RTL support, most things are from manual coding). It will be fixed in the next version of course .
