Pure Virtual Function Call?? by Shera on 02-11-2007 at 08:32 PM

Every time i try to open MSN messenger i get the following alert:

Runtime Error!
Program:CProgramFilesMSNMessengerMSNMsgr.Exe
R6025
-Pure Virtual Function Call

I also get the same thing when i attempt to open Yahoo, but not with AIM.

Can anybody tell me what this is, or how to fix the problem?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks.

you probably have some kind of global system software installed that's messing up your softwares. Could be a webcam utility for example. your only solution is to try uninstalling some programs and see if it solves it (restart after each uninstall).
