I have a friend who says that he can get messages that are sent to him when he's set to appear offline. Is there any way that I can enable that?
And also, the option to see offline messages when I sign in is greyed out. Is there any way to fix that as well?
For the record, I am not a Live Messenger user, nor do I have the latest Messenger Plus. I have MSN 7.0, and Messenger Plus 3.6.
If someone could help me, that'd be great.

No. Offline Messaging someone is not available on that version of Messenger. You can RECEIVE offline messages but you can't SEND offline messages.
