I get a 'An error occurred while importing the script files.' error.

Imports fine here. Seems like a problem on your side.
EDIT: Hmm, I tested on XP. Will try it on Vista in a bit.

There are problems with the Script Importer under Vista, wait for 4.20 to arrive at the end of the month.
