ok i won this shuffle and i came home pluged it and everytime i try to get music from a list to it it tells this, once i was able to get music to it but not wat i wanted, i tried restoring it, it tells me the same thing i been everywhere looking for the answer but no luck, anyone here?

I knew it was a good idea to say "no" when someone asked me if I wanted to win an iPod.

just take it to a dealer/fixer person (cant think of the word) and see if you can get it fixed or something. after all it didnt cost you anything so why not?

problem solved! what are you going to do with the broken one, because we went shooting once and took one of my friends ipods with us and used it as target practice. great fun watching it get blown to bits!

im sending that one back to them, it will probally be fix and sold as refurbished.

My nano did something similar and i wasnt able to restore it..
I think i did a reset o it somehow and then i was able to restore it..

Also im not exactly sure that was exactly what i did because it hapenned very fast in christmas eve and as you probably know there is a lot of confusion around.

wow i ordered it yesrday today a DHL guy showed up with it and im about to test it, alreday someone from DHL is coming to pick the the returned package
