I'm looking for a script that will do a bit of automation, to check to see if a contact has Plus! by use of the /ping command, and if there is no reply within a specified time, a message saying the person doesn't seem to have Plus! installed, and a 'get it free' link.

I don't think it's to difficult, but I don't know JScript to do it myself :P

looking for two commands to be included, /checkplus and /getplus
/checkplus will ping and wait for a response, else send link
/getplus just sends the link

cool, thanks. Other than changing the strings (I can do that myself!) and maybe adding the commands to the popup command list, it works great!

NVM, I think my quicktext was interfering with that. They're there now.

then they will just get the standard get plus message. that's why i edited the message string to "It seems you don't have MsgPlus!Live installed. Why not check it out and download it for free at http://www.msgpluslive.net"
