urm..ive forrgetton the password of my encrytion chat log files...in the windows live plus.preferences.
cuz theres sum stuff dats kinda important in there n i need it><
so how do u recover a lost windows live encrytion password?!?!?!

There is a way to gain access to your chat log files.
It involves opening up the registry, and then deleting the password values for Messenger Plus! Live, however I do not know the exact way. I'll search the forums.
EDIT: Sorry, can't find it. It must have been for something else. :/
I recommend re-installing Plus!.

No there isn't. The password for chat log encryption isn't stored anywhere. NanaFreak was right in saying that there is absolutely no way to access an encrypted chat log without the password.
Reinstalling also won't have any effect for the same reason.
The only password which is stored in the registry (which I guess is what you are reffering to) is to gain access the preferences window, this is nothing to do with chat log encryption.
