This kind of quick deletion would be nice on Event Viewer search box.
EDIT: change in picture's format: .bmp>.jpg
Besides the easeness of deletion it would provide, it would make Plus! fits more to Messenger's look as well.

I personally see it as a useless feature, I doubt it would make much difference than just manually deleting the text

If you click on "Event Description" you can sort them by event....
Why would you want to delete specific lines from a viewer? You can already filter out some things, click the options button. You can even filter out certain contacts if you wish through preferences.
