Ive reinstalled my windows, and since i did i cant acess any encrypted log neither activate the encription..
When i try to open an encrypted log i receive the following error:
"An error occourred while trying to decrypt your file. Please reboot or try again on another computer."
When i try to activate the log encryption i get this error:
"Sorry, the cryptographic key could not be generated on this computer"
I've tried to uninstall the plus and remove my settings, but it doesnt solve my problem.
Please, someone help 
i need to encript my logs and acess the ones that are encripted
