I don't use Smiley or something but I cannot see Plus! menu in my WLM.
I use exactly same version of WLM and MP!L with my home pc but it works propely at home.

I tried to uninstall both WLM and MP!L and clean directories and installed them all again, but still I cannot see the menu.

What could be the reason?

The reason could be that on the machine it isn't workin on you don't have permission to write in the registry. This can be either because the windows account you are workin on is limited or a program is preventing it (example: AdWatch).

If possible try installing on the admin account (in safemode if you are unsure of programs interfering).

this solution don't work for me....my account is an admin account...
some problem...
no more plus menu in wml.

Hi, an update to my problem...
if I remove msgPlus 4 and reinstall msgplus 3...I can see plus menu in msn live.
But don't work...and give me an update to release 4.
When I install update...no more menu.

I don't have SweetIM and/or SmileyCentral installed.
I have an Admin Account.
I have xp professional on macPro.
I've try to reinstall msn and read all thread on this forum...but....no way...no more plus menu...

any idea or suggestion ?
