Hey! Aint been on here in some time...

Yea my brother is having some problems with his pc and Windows Live Messenger. He is on wireless G internet and connecting to it is all good and he can browse the internet with no problems. However, there seems to be something wrong with his connection to the messenger service and the time server.

When trying to sign onto Windows Live Messenger (and Windows Messenger) the error message occurs stating that it can not connect at this time (Error code: 80048820 (extended: 80048412)). He has tryed reinstalling it to rectify the problem but has had no luck.

There is also another problem that occurs that I believe may be linked with this. When opening Apple iTunes, an error message somes up saying that there is a problem with the computers time and date and to correct it. Then, when going onto the time and date menu via the taskbar, onto the 'Internet Time' tab and updating the time from time.windows.com and an error comes up saying that there was a problem connetcing to the server.

He has tryed updating antivirus software and running a scan and reinstalling/configuring the internet (all the other computers on the network are fine) but no luck.

If someone could help, it would be great =)
