i have always hated how viewing webcams work in WLM. there is little control and it is difficult to multi task while talking on a webcam. is it possible to get a separate webcam window like what skype or yahoo have that you can resize as little and as big as you want plus have a always on top feature.

I don't think it's impossible with scripting and i think it's quite difficult to do with hooking,patching
