did you follow it to the letter, did you try in safe mode? 60 million to 1 is not.

see I thought not...all I'll suggest is look around by searching, there are heaps of threads on this, hell I've solved a number of them, even within the first few pages there are a number of threads there with solutions.

Why sweetim before it worked with messenger plus and hour not more? Why they do not arrange messenger plus?

Simply, there are conflicts between SweetIM and MP!L, therefore you must choose which you want(MP!L obviously ;p)
AFAIK Patchou does not plan to make a fix for the conflicts. - Don't blame him either ;p

if you read the whole thread, by reading all posts you will find a solution using safe mode. Try it and see if it works.

PLz Help wen eva i try to download ,it does for a few seconds den it stops n says"the publisher could not be verified. are you sure you want to run this software' then i click run ad it den sayz some thing like it wont work

what does the error say exactly? hard to tell if it we dont know

This message appear in PCs that are running Windows XP with Service Pack 1. It's a configuration error in the Internet Explorer Settings. You need to update your system downloading the Service Pack 2 from this link:

Change the language if you aren't english. However this download is only for IT professional, if you want the standard version search it on Windows Update.
