Hey there
I've been using iTunes 7 and WLM 8.1.0178 for a while now and today with success(personal message would update), up until today.
Just like that, it stopped working. tried restarting both WLM and iTunes but that didn't do the work. tried it with Windows Media Player and it worked like a charm.
I tired iTunes+ as well, but that didn't help, PSM still didn't update for iTunes.
Any suggestions?

this has happened to a few people, some people fixed it by reinstalling everything and re-building their music library

re-installing everything = WLM and iTunes?
plus, how do you re-build the music library in iTunes?

it started working again. just like that.
I have still no idea what went wrong.
