i am trying to fix it so that my friend can sign on wlm. i have run the wlm connettion troubleshooter and it says all is well. i am pretty sure it is their new router, which is a a d-link 504 wireless router. i used tcpview to see which ports wlm tries to use and two of the initial connections die and one goes green. i think i have successfully forwarded ports (port redirected for dlink) 5004-end and sign in ports 443 2400 1843 but it still does not log in. the problem is on OS's XP and Vista and they can sign in using web messenger  Ebuddy. any patches fixes or suggestions for getting it to just log in would be most welcome. thanx

Does it work with MSN messenger 7.5?

no apparently none of the msns wlms have worked but the old 4.7 windows messenger can sign in.
