Since installing the plus pack, I have had several people telling me they cant send me messages. They tell me 'its as if you are offline'. Is this a common problem?
I appear online to them.
They get message 'cannot send message'

This is not caused by Plus!.

You're not the only one with the problem, and apparently it's server side, that's all we can tell you for now, you'll have to be patient till they fix it.
