Do you have to have Messenger Plus Live to download Special Small Charaters??
If no, where can i download one? Because when i download one from here it says what shall i open it with, i have no clue.. please help me out!!
If yes, is there anywhere i can download one for the old Messenger Plus?

Please try and make your message clearer so we can understand better what you want, and therefore help you.
- You mentioned Special Small Caracters, what do you exactly mean by that?
- What exactly did you download that asks you what to open with?
- You mentioned and old version on Messenger Plus!, that can be found here : http://www.msgpluslive.net/download/old/

This font you can download for MSN -->ѕρє¢ιαℓ ѕмαℓℓ ¢нαяαтєяѕ<-- I found the download link on this site and i tried to download it and it had a pop-up saying 'What do you want to open Special Small Characters' With?' And it had numerous of things i can open the file with eg: IE,Microsoft Word,Paint,Messenger Plus 3 ETC.. So i am wondering what shall i open it with?? And if it is only for Messenger Plus Live..

If you are talking about a windows font:
Fonts have got nothing todo with Messenger, nor with Messenger Plus!.
Here you can read how you need to install fonts:

Scripts are only for Messenger Plus! Live. You can not run them with Messenger Plus! 3.
If you want to run scripts you will need to install Windows Live Messenger and Messenger Plus! Live.
Once you've done that, you'll see that script packets (like the one you've just downloaded) will be opened with Messenger Plus! Live and will be installed when you double click the packet in Windows Explorer.
A similar thing for MSN Messenger 7 with Messenger Plus! 3 does not exist.
