No. Its just an easter egg in the competition which changes the background image and the cursor. Nothing else.

You've probably got like a 1 in 20,000 chance of getting the right pixel (with 28 prizes left).
It's just a bit of fun and a bit of luck. Got nothing to do then have a few clicks.
