How can i change the font colour and style of my Personal Message on Windows Live Message???

In the same way you change the color and style of text in a conversation: by using the tag [c=color][/c], [i][/i], etc inside your personal message.

But note that you will not see the color and style, but you will see the tags. Your contacts, provided they have Plus! Live of course, will see the color and style though.

To check how it would look like, you could add yourself to your own contact list.

You can simply do it in a conversation window, provided that you enabled commands of MsgPlus!, type /psm and write your custom psm by selecting any formatting from Plus! button on the conversation window.

i knw how to change the font colour but how do u change the colour behind the text?

Background color.

On the Format Panel of Messenger Plus!, press on T button which is at top-right of that small window, then select either "Background" or "Gradient background" and select one or two colors (the second color will be needed when you choose Gradient Background) respectively.
