I just made a nice title on mirc with nice pretty mirc colors so once i done that i was bored so decided to see if the mirc codes would work on my windows live psm.

And basically they dont.Got booted from msn everytime i sign in i get temporaraly unavailible.Because the mirc codes stuck on my psm.

I can sign into another account using the same live messenger fine just the account that i put the mirc codes on wont let me in.

Ive tried logging into web messenger and windows messenger they both work fine but still cannot delete my psm message.

Anyone got any ideas????

Exit WLMessenger and delete the two contact caches (folders) corresponding with your
passport in the following folders:

WinXP:
%userprofile%\contacts
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows Live Contacts

Vista:
%userprofile%\contacts
%localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows Live Contacts

Then try to sign in again.

On XP:
Sign out of Messenger. Click Start, then Run, type:
%userprofile%\local settings\application data\microsoft\windows live contacts

and click OK. Right-click the e-mail folder corresponding to your email, and choose Delete. Then sign back into Messenger.

On Vista:
Sign out of Messenger. Click Start, type:
%appdata%\..local\application data\microsoft\windows live contacts

and click OK. Right-click the e-mail folder corresponding to your email, and choose Delete. Then sign back into Messenger.
