Hello,
just wanted to know if Windows Vista has Java preinstalled I wanted to install Google Earth and LimeWire so thought to ask in advance ??
and if there isnt then where to get it?

not sure it it does, how "LimeWire" is the worse software ever !! find something new tbh

There isn't much need to preinstall Java. Software that requires it can usually be distributed with it, and if you're getting software from the web, there's little difficulty downloading the JVM from sun.com.
I presume that, also, it's code MS don't want to be held liable for, as they would for distributing it. That's rather a moot point though.
