How do i change the time in the bottom right corner from 24hour to 12hour?

Microsoft Office Online - Switch Calendar views between a 12-hour clock and 24-hour clock
(yea yea, it's help for Outlook but it describes step-by-step how to set the timeformat on various OS'es as Outlook uses that).
