this as happend  a couple times, haven't noticed a pattern as to when, but this is what happens:

switching tabs fixes it, but its still weird

seems a strange bug, have tried many different ways to recreate the bug, with no look. it may be something that only happens with 8.5 (i'm still on 8.1), next time it happens, try to keep note of the lead up of events beforehand and report back

i've narrowed it down, it happens on my laptop when my finger presses a part of the touch screen that is supposed to minimize the window,but with tabbed chats turned on, it actually minimizes to the bottem left hand corner of the screen, kind of like minimizing in windows 3.1 did

and when i restore it, then you see the problem above, if i minimize it and restore it multiple times, then the gap gets bigger.

that'S probably a problem in the way your laptop program tries to minimize the window then, chances are I cannot make much about it but I'll check it out. Please let me know what laptop you're using exactly.

Its a Toshiba Satellite P100
