in another thread in bug reports, a guy put a picture showing a rather nice vista-cobalt skin

i don't know the name of said skin though 
if someone would point me in the direction of this or any other kick-ass skins i woul be very happy
edit:i would ask the guy in the thread he started but in another forum i go to, i got clobbered for bumping a 2 week old thread

That is not a skin, infact it is the BETA version of the next version of Windows Live Messenger which is version 8.5

This is not a skin....This is a new beta version of Window live messenger...Messenger 8.5...Download it if you like the interface..
