MSN crashes everytime when i try to log in with one particular account, which used to be able to sign in fine

however, any other passport account works with no problem, and the account which wont work on this computer, works on every other computer and msn web clients

1) Any messenger addons installed (e.g. sweetim, MessengerDiscovery etc.)
2) If you use messenger plus! do you have any scripts installed?
