Hi my name is Ashley and i've had theses little bumps for about acouple years now maybe inbetween 3- 5 years on my upper arms and on my thighs.. there non-itchy, and there not noticeable unless u come up really close. But i really hate when i wanna wear a tank top or something but i know when someone touches my arm then i know they will feel the bumps and think something is wrong with me or something. All i wanna know is what they are and how do i get rid of them, because whenever i shower i try to scrub them away but that doesn't help. So if u could please let me know ne information u can give me. Thank you for ur time.

hm i think i head that fish oil is good for them.. like eating it, not putting it on your arm. haha
