Me and a few friends recorded a video on the ones LG chocolate phone, and it was in .m3u format. Does anyone know of a good converter from .m3u to .mpg?

m3u is a playlist, not a video.
open the file in notepad

Recorded content from phones is usally 3GP or MP4; both should work in VLC
