It says that everytime I try to login. If I minimize the messanger it logs in, tells me I have 2313 new emails, but when I try to open it it disconnects saying the same thing.
Help?

You probably deleted your contact cache and tried to sign in whilst the server couldn't find your contact list (if you hadn't deleted your contact cache it would log you in with "changes...." notice in top of your contact list). Exit Windows Live Messenger, restart and sign-in again.

I didn't delete anything, and restarting it doesn't work. 
I've just installed Vista, can't see why it shouldn't work...
