Where can I download and How can I install a CSS RPG mod onto my newly bought Counter Strike Source server?

Ok yes, thanks, but can someone find me a step by step guide, yes ive already tried myself, on how to buy a server, install it using server.cfg (this bit im really confused on so something detailed would be good) and then how to install an RPG mod onto it.
Yes i am really new to this, so basically i want a  begginer's guide of how to buy, and set up a server with an RPG mod.

Thanks thats great and no i havent bought a sever, where is the best place to buy one of these and how do i set it up using servere.cfg and stuff?

But whats all this im hearing about modifying server.cfg, and what is the file, how do i get it?

Before renting a server, I suggest you to download the Source Dedicated Server application (freeware) from the tools tab at Steam to practice how it is to have a server and ask any questions you might have
