If you block someone and they send you an offline message, because obviously they think you are offline.
What happens to those offline messages??
Do you still receive them or not, and if you unblock, do you get those messages or are they just lost forever??

You will not get any messages from somebody you blocked. The person you blocked can send offline messages to you, but you will never receive them and the person sending them will not know you blocked him/her.
If you unblock you won't get the old messages, they are lost forever.
