We live in a small world. For exmaple:
This is the size of the Earth compared to our Sun.

Interesting? This is our Sun compared to a red giant star:

Hmm...that is one giant star. Well, here we have a Hypergiant Star, compared to our Sun.

By this point, you are probably peeing your pants. But wait, theres more!
This is the largest star that astronomers have YET to discover. This star is called the VY Canis Majoris.

The Sun has a radius 100 times that of the Earth which means that about 1,000,000 (1 million) Earths would fit into the Sun! I wonder how many Earths it would take to fill up VY Canis Majoris.
So...how big is the Earth? hmmmmmmm.

It's because we are so small and there are so much more planets out there, that I believe that extra-terrestrial creatures simply have to exist. But don't blame me from going off-topic because I don't want to, so don't quote me!
