As you can see from my screenshot i've attached. i've slected the cd2 folder.
I'm bit colour blind and find that difficult to notice 
Wondering if anyone new how to change the colour?

have you tried using themes? (patch your uxtheme and then download a theme... look at Dazzy's sig 
)
i'm not sure if it would change the highlight colour though

removed them folders from screen shot now no lol, thats just small bit of my stuff got like 700gb of it lmao
any who can u explain bit morE?

When you get asked to restart your computer, do so. Now you can use unsigned themes on your Windows copy without using any software at all. These themes are called msstyles.
A great way to find msstyles is to search on DeviantArt.com:
