i live in australia regional one so, bandwidth = 0,,, i leave my msn account signed on most of the time but when i'm playing a game over the internet and someone adds files to a sharing folder this uses all the bandwidth raises my ping and gets me kicked from the server
can i not have the files download automaticly¿??

Click the sharing folders icon on your main WLM screen, then click "Pause all sharing", whenever you're playing a game or whatever. Then simply resume it when you're ready to start synching files.

Ask you to pause sharing when you're using your bandwidth elsewhere? There isn't a feature withing WLM that does this, and I'm not sure if it is possible with a script or plug-in.

You could use a network managment program and tell it to deprioritise Messenger, or even tell it to just prioritise your game (or both).
