Hi, I'm new to Plus! and one reason I got it was to send sound clips.  However, all that happens when I'm sent a clip is a thingie comes up that says something like, "Mike sent: Download 'nameofclip' (try again)"

The clip is clickable but nothing ever happens.  I've checked my audio settings and I've uninstalled Plus! and Live Messenger.  My sound settings in Plus! look fine, too.  I did attach a screenshot of the settings screen.

Any thoughts would be great. 

Try checking the box that says automatically play emoticon sounds, see if that helps.

It seems there is a problem with downloading emotion sounds. I doubt any firewall prevents your computer from connecting to Messenger Plus! Emotion Sounds Database, can you try a sound after disabling your firewalls? Or allow Messenger Plus! from your firewall's settigns.
