Hey guys,
Recently I just saw this when having windows explorer open.
I want the details pane to be at the bottom not the top. It would be greatly appreciated if some one could help

You must of installed some sort of skin which changed this, as a few of them move it up there.

nope, does it for windows vista basic theme too.
