Does anyone know a good video editing program that you can edit greenscreens on?

Adobe Premier Pro full chroma-key support and a nice editor indeed 
The site recommends Final Cut Pro also.

Adobe Ultra is for simple green screen edits, but for advanced things use Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effects.
For windows that is, don't know about Mac, probably Final Cut Pro

Premiere Pro and after effects are also mac compatible now Ezra
