It didn't show the Msg Plus Features on this user ONLY. It happen even on the previous WLM version (8.1). I've tried reinstall, still the same thing happen. Please help me, thanks 
. Currently using WLM 8.5 and Msg Plus 4.23.

right click on contact->Edit contact->card "contact"
Try to delete every e-mail address added in contact information...
