How can you change the font or outputted text in a script?

Outputted where? In the Debug window, or in some EditControl/StaticControl within a Plus Window?

You can't chaneg the colour in the Debug Window.
As for changing colour everywhere else, you need to use Plus colour codes (There are plenty of threads explaining these on the forum)
