Ok Nod32 v3 is a great anti virus program. It has an option to put in a list of bad sites and if you go to one of those bad sites it will display: RE: Nod32 (new-out) Bad site list? by Menthix on 11-10-2007 at 04:57 PM I think NOD maintains their own list, or at least already gets updates from another source? It wouldn't make sense if you need to update that list yourself. RE: Nod32 (new-out) Bad site list? by Ezra on 11-10-2007 at 05:21 PM Google has such a list, firefox uses that as default to check sites. Clicking a link in Windows Live Messenger would open the website, so the NOD32 alert would still show up, right? RE: Nod32 (new-out) Bad site list? by Menthix on 11-10-2007 at 09:07 PM
quote:True. In fact: NOD's bad site feature is in the IMON scanner, which means it will catch any HTTP traffic from outside a regular browser too. Adding a similar feature in Plus!/Messenger will be useless if you already have it in NOD. RE: Nod32 (new-out) Bad site list? by Quantum on 11-10-2007 at 09:08 PM

The address to request the list appears to be: code: with this POSTDATA code: No idea what everything means and i'm not sure about what you get returned, but i'm sure if you desperately want it you could look it up in the firefox code RE: Nod32 (new-out) Bad site list? by Quantum on 11-11-2007 at 01:36 AM It get a 404 RE: Nod32 (new-out) Bad site list? by Mike on 11-11-2007 at 01:38 AM Looks like it's SHA-encrypted. RE: Nod32 (new-out) Bad site list? by Ezra on 11-11-2007 at 01:43 AM The 404 is probably because you didn't add the POSTDATA, I changed my post to remove the smileys RE: Nod32 (new-out) Bad site list? by Quantum on 11-11-2007 at 01:46 AM Oh, how the hell do i add POST DATA lol RE: Nod32 (new-out) Bad site list? by WDZ on 11-11-2007 at 01:47 AM
