Hi,
I usually have my chat logs encrypted..but then one day i tried to decrypt them and then i get a message please reboot or try on a different computer. Now i have no way of opening my chat logs... I do know the password. When i try to change the password in 'plus' preferences it says cryptographic key could not be generated. Can you please help as all mi chat logs have been affected.
