Does this give you a virus because i was gonna download this but McAfee said it would give a trojian. I need to know.

No, it contains no virus or anything close. It contains a sponsor program (adware) which is completely optional. Just click "No, I refuse to give my support" when asked about it if you don't want it.
The program is completely safe and reliable.
