I am having a go at the skinning engine, and seem to have the hang of modifying the existing contents pretty well. I finally figured out how to make things alpha transparent (argb instead of rgb ). Now I am having a shot at making NEW objects in the interface.

Basically what I want to do is have an image stretched over the background of the logon window overtop of the existing background, but under the text and display picture and such. I am not to sure how to do this, and I haven't seen anything in the documentation about making NEW objects in the interface. Is this possible, and if so could anyone point me in the right direction?

there is already the first part to the guide up.

This covers the basics of UIFiles and gives extensive detail into what each UIFile does.

This should get you started while I make the others.
