If you can find the exe somewhere you can extract the UIFILES from it, or someone else here can do it.

Plus! doesn't load with that old version so it can't extract the UIFILES.
And I don't really know how to make a full skin myself.

Using old uifiles won't work either, you need to use the new definitions and edit them .
