ok, 2 of my contacts have been sending these links, i don't normally talk to them and when they do, they sign in and out rapidly afterwards so i thaught i shouldn't click it

Well.. I didn't know the link and never had these messages with WLM contacts... Anyway... I woudn't click on the links...

2 of my friends also have this too.

They are idiots and don't read that 1) Block checkers do not work and 2) Did not read the TOS.

It's not a _virus_ per say. But the only way to fix this is to tell your friends to change their password I suppose.

Aproximately 30 out of my 1700~ contacts now (more than one account), now have that problem, and they've attempted to change their passwords but that isn't working, they believe it to be something actually on their computer.

Now I know site advisor can be inaccurate at times but it still can be used as a basic guide.

don't click on that.  It's just like virus. after you click on that it will automatically sign you in and out ...it's bad...it happened to my msn msg. and it always send that link to my friends on msn list...does anyone know how to fix that? or can msn do something about it?

Windows live messenger should ban that link from there service so knowone can send it?

Yes. I see what your trying to say but that seems to be the worst right know and is quite i big security risk for people who don't know what there doing.

agreed, it seems my virused contacts who get infected with these are all dumb people who i have to explain everything in nausiating detail to and they don't consider that there are these harmful things floating around

There is a load more just thought I would warn others. There starting to get annoying, what do these people benefit from spamming and hacking others? Excuse me if that was a stupid question =/
