I suggest the Fujitsu because it's a little more in $$$ but it has alot more if you compare the features side by side.

I fail to see how the Fujitsu has better specs... it has a slower processor, but 40gb extra storage. I'd go for the HP one generally because Intel Graphics are better than SiS these days...
Also, I've generally found HP laptops better quality than Fujitsu stuff. My £600 HP laptop is pretty neat.
It'd be worth saving a bit more to get something with at least a Dual Core processor - there's a nice Core 2 Duo HP laptop with better Intel graphics for £450.
