Hi!, I'm new here, but I want to know your opinion about the personal sounds for each of your contacts, they aren't in this new version of Plus!, but they were before, and I really like that!, why did they forget this? it was very useful! 
, I hope that in the new version it can be present, what's your opinion about this?

In Windows Live Messenger 9, there will be something called contact sounds, when a contact signs in they it plays a sound of their choice. Is that any help to you?

In fact Messenger Plus! Live still allows you to choose sounds, you will find that if you go through the Event Notifications Wizard you can still choose if you which to have a sound for a particular contact and/or event.
So it hasn't been forgotten if you go through Plus! -> Preferences -> Customize! -> Event Notifications
