This skin is soo cool, unfortunately I don't know how to download it, so I was wondering If anyone was making one like this.

there is the skin you're after
it's for 8.1 only though and uses the old way of skinning rather than plus 4.50's new skinning interface

nadeem46 that is a project that doesn't exist as a Messenger Plus! Live (MP!L) Skin yet... but is going to so far...
