Is it possible for a script to be made to prevent a certain messenger address (or addresses) to log in to the computer?

You mean to stop a person from logging on to your computer with their address or to stop them logging on from their computer with their address?
If you mean from your computer with their address there is a script that allows only up to 5 accounts to login. It's called Visitor Control 1.0. If you mean to stop people logging in from their computer it's not possible and if it were possible it would require hacking and that's illegal.
